Here's what happened: Over at the Intercept where Greenwald used to work, there was an argument over how one of his stories was to be edited. The argument took place on the penthouse roof belonging to the Intercept's billionaire owner. Things got intense and somehow, as the arguing parties were leaning on the balcony railing, the part of the bar supporting Greenwald mysteriously broke, causing him to fall many many stories downward and to finally fall directly into a deep pond of various toxic liquids, including vaccine products, illegally discarded, it is rumored, by one of his crazy rivals, Rachael Maddow. Greenwald escaped, and the rest is history. I think that the same kind of thing happened to the Penguin in Batman comics.
