I was aware of most of the ridiculous issues causing the agonizing delays that are slowing trump's criminal proceedings (to the point a snail's pace in comparison looks like that of Speedy Gonzalez) but not all. Thank you for very concisely doing so.
His own experience with republicans' consistent bad faith practices (with regard to his SC nomination) should have forewarned him that any attempt to placate them with "impartiality" of any kind would be fruitless.
And with regard to the delay in even appointing a special prosecutor, let alone the inexplicable withholding of pertinent documents until the last minute, one could credibly argue he's a closeted Magat.
This should instead read, “Marc, you have a talent for understatement.”
