I have never understood why Iowa and New Hampshire primaries were so freakin' important. Less than 1 % of the population (guessing) has spoken and that's indicative of what?
I generally agree that there's too much coverage of the campaigns as if they're in a normal election. But I watched MSNBC too and saw/heard a number of serious discussions of the threat to democracy posed by Trump, especially during the prime time panel coverage.
