What is infinitely depressing and just gets worse is the pathological linking of disagreement with labeling expressions disagreed with as signs of ‘evil.’ Which do not evoke calm discussion of issues based on mutual respect, but just abuse, verbal and worse. And one side is grossly worse about this.
I know; i am not the only one who feels this way. But it seems to be getting worse. And meanwhile Congress won’t act to fix what is so obviously broken.
Because of the controversy I had to watch the Chappelle special in question. I wasn't a big fan before. Didn't dislike him, just didn't get into him. But The Closer was the most brilliant, funny, ironic, and moving comedy act I've ever seen. I would like to share it with everyone.
