Bravo! Folks forget (because we've been trained to forget) how damaging TV was and is. I have close friends, smart and hard Left, older than I am, who remain addicted to non-stop, rage-inducing, despair-inducing TV. It's perplexing.

I like the idea of eliminating the “230 rule.” Then there are still the “17% who can’t locate Afghanistan on the map” and those who would rather hoist an AK47 than wear a mask. Diversionary tactics work. I’m not optimistic about the potential for retraining them away from the 9-second soundbites, to something an inch or two deeper. Your insight is always appreciated here Marc.
