After the devastating investigation published by The New York Times last Friday on Trump’s non-response to the covid pandemic, the president of any other modestly functional or even slightly dysfunctional democratic republic, would have already been forced to resign. Or tarred and feathered.

But not here. The distracting ADD-driven daily cacophony of American life, even during a quarantine, makes it unthinkable that any significant percentage of Americans would take 20 minutes out of watching Love Island to actually READ a thorough, uncompromising, scathing, and somewhat terrifying examination of Trump’s incompetence, idiocy, mendacity, inhumanity, and generalized stupidity.
