Coop Scoop Newsletter Update March 18

Newsletter Update March 18
March 18

As most of you know, I now live in Vancouver, Washington -- more or less the epicenter of the covid-19 pandemic. The logistics of daily life are complicated everywhere. Here, you have to double or triple that factor, My wife and I are also about 70 so we are taking even more complicated safety measures.
Against that background, I'm sending out this short note to all subscribers to let you know while the current issue of the newsletter is a day or two late, I will be producing it throughout this crisis. Probably on a shorter but more regular basis (at least while the crisis lasts). The good news is that we are more or less confined to home and that gives me time and space to work on Coop Scoop. The bad news is that my research asst is preoccupied with family matters also here in Vancouver and is temporarily unavailable..
In short, I am buried in rapidly evolving news and thoughts about it but I need another day or two to organize it, sort it out, and come up with my own production plan.
Bottom line: in spite of the temporary delay at the moment, I am diving full force into the newsletter/s and as soon as tonite or tomorrow they will resume with even increased regularity. Thanks for your continuing support. Plse take this pandemic seriously, stay safe, and be a good neighbor to those in need.
Marc
P.S. I want to expand, not shrink, this operation. So extra financial support is always welcome (and needed).
